The Operable Thermal Envelope

Full-height sliding glazing that removes the wall entirely in summer and performs as a sealed envelope in winter.

Triple-glazed low-iron units sit in slim timber frames and stack into recesses within the columns, leaving the roof apparently unsupported at the perimeter.

Winter performance relies on the mass of the floor slab and a heat-recovery loop tucked beneath the seating terraces.
